Is the initial consultation free of charge?
Yes. The initial consultation takes about 30 minutes, is free of charge and non-binding.
How quickly will I receive a reply?
As a rule, I get back to you within two working days.
Do you also work outside East Frisia?
Yes. Consulting and coaching are possible on site by arrangement or online. Travel and accommodation costs are charged separately in accordance with the terms and conditions. Individual coaching and many consulting conversations I hold by video – then travel is unnecessary altogether.
I do not yet know exactly what I need. Should I write anyway?
Yes, precisely then. Working out which it is belongs to my part of the job, not yours. It is enough to describe what is bothering you or what you want to achieve – whether that becomes process consulting, team development or coaching, we clarify together. If I am not the right person, I say so and point you in a better direction as far as I can.
What happens to my details?
Your details are transmitted encrypted to the web server and forwarded from there by email to me. I use them solely to deal with your enquiry and pass them on to nobody. This website has no cookies, no tracking and no analytics. Details are in the privacy policy.
Do I have to use the form?
No. An email or a phone call does just as well – the details are on the right. The form is simply the more convenient route when you have no email programme to hand.
What does working together cost?
The rates are set out in full in the price list, including the increase from March 2027. So you need not enquire first to get an idea of the order of magnitude.
Is coaching confidential?
Yes, without exception. That also applies when a company pays for the coaching: the client organisation learns whether appointments took place, but not what was discussed.
